Job summary

A leading theme park in California, Concord, seeks a Dispatch Operator to coordinate all dispatch functions and maintain park-wide communication. This role is crucial for ensuring timely responses in emergencies while remaining composed under stress. Candidates must be at least 18 years old with flexible availability, able to work various shifts, and familiar with Microsoft Office. The position involves dispatching security and medical emergencies, logging calls, and completing reports. Certifications and training will be provided.

• Must remain composed in highly stressful situations.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, days, nights, varied shifts, and holidays.
• Must be able to use Microsoft Office programs.
• Must be detailed oriented with exceptional organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for executing all Dispatch functions.
• Facilitate park-wide communication via phone, radio, and email.
• Log all calls for service in a Computer aided dispatch (CAD) system.
• Understand all procedures during power failure and/or emergency situations.
