Job summary

Six Flags White Water in Alpharetta, GA, is hiring for a front-line Guest Services role. You will sell, scan, and validate tickets and season passes at park turnstiles, or process season passes. Team Members engage with guests, fellow staff, leads, and supervisors daily, indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.

The pay rate ranges from $7.50 to $9.50 per hour. Responsibilities include ensuring guest safety, assisting with passes, and delivering Six Flags’ Guest First Standards while

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to read, speak and understand English.
• Available to work nights, holidays and weekends.
• Basic computer skills.
• Able to react well in stressful and emergency situations.
• Strong communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Safety conscious with a friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Sell tickets, season passes and season parking to Guests entering the park.
• Accurately scan tickets and season passes to allow Guests through the entry gate.
• Process season passes.
• Provide friendly guest interaction.
• Maintain Six Flags' Guest First Standards.
• Handle requests for processing of Season Passes and Membership ID Cards.
• Operate a computer with picture-taking ability.
• Ensure a safe and clean work area.
• Answer guest questions and provide proper guidance.
• Ensure guest safety and satisfaction during their stay.
• Resolve guest concerns daily.
• Ensure performance standards across responsibilities.
• Respond to emergencies and maintain control until supervisor arrives.
• Meet image, cleanliness, and courtesy standards.
