Six Flags White Water in Marietta, GA is seeking team members to provide fast, friendly service at the park entrance, selling and scanning tickets and season passes. You will interact with guests, colleagues, and supervisors daily, indoors and outdoors in all weather, supporting a safe and welcoming park experience.

Responsibilities include processing season passes, answering questions, and ensuring guest safety and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Communicate effectively in English (read, speak, understand).
• Be available to work flexible hours at nights, on holidays, and on weekends.
• Basic computer skills.
• React well in stressful or emergency situations.
• Safety conscious and outgoing with guests.

Responsabilités

• Sell tickets, season passes, and parking to guests entering the park.
• Accurately scan tickets and passes to grant entry.
• Process season passes.
• Provide friendly guest interaction and guidance.
• Maintain Six Flags' Guest First Standards.
• Handle requests for Season Passes and Membership IDs.
• Operate a computer with picture-taking capability.
• Ensure a safe, clean work area and answer guest questions.
• Support guest safety and satisfaction during their stay.
• Resolve guest concerns daily and escalate when needed.
• Assist with emergencies and maintain area control until supervision arrives.
