Job summary

Six Flags White Water is seeking a friendly Admissions Team Member to welcome guests at the park entrance. You will sell, scan, and validate tickets and season passes, assist with season pass processing, and support Admissions Operations.

You will also handle guest concerns, process mobile and credit/debit payments, and distribute tickets and media. This role requires indoor/outdoor work and comfort with varying weather, interacting daily with guests and team members.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills essential for welcoming guests and addressing needs.
• Cash handling and POS operation experience.
• Leadership and teamwork abilities to coordinate with supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Sell tickets and season passes to Guests entering the park.
• Accurately scanning tickets and season passes to allow Guests through the entry gate.
• Process season passes and assist with guest services as needed.
• Provide friendly guest interaction and guidance.
• Maintain Six Flags' Guest First Standards and safety.
• Respond to guest questions and emergencies when they arise.
