Job summary

Six Flags White Water in Marietta, GA seeks staff to support membership operations, handle guest complaints, manage mobile and card payments, and sell park admissions media. You will distribute tickets and media while ensuring guest safety and satisfaction throughout visits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to actively engage guests.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• English plus other languages preferred.

Responsibilities

• Comply with debit/credit and mobile payment procedures.
• Provide accurate information to Guests and assist Season Passes and Membership holders.
• Use POS and season pass systems to sell tickets and lookup info.
• Handle various ticket transactions with and without coupons.
• Ensure guest safety and satisfaction during their visit.
