Le Petit Four Bakery is seeking a Production Baker for our Needham/MA area. You will learn from our lead baker, mastering French baking techniques and working in a traditional French bakery setting.

Shifts include early hours (3am–6am) and 6am–11am, with responsibilities across croissant, viennoiserie, and bread production. Candidates should have at least 1 year in a fast-paced kitchen and a strong eye for freshness and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Desire to help and work as part of a team.

• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Follow prep lists created by chefs.
• Tray up croissants, viennoiserie, breads and other baked goods.
• Bake croissants, pastries, breads according to standards and times.
• Monitor product quality, color, proofing, and consistency.
• Keep the bake-off area clean, organized, and sanitary.
• Assist chefs with culinary tasks as needed.
