Job summary

Le Parfait Paris in San Diego is seeking an Overnight Baker to support our 1:00 AM – 9:30 AM shift. You will bake breads and viennoiserie for all locations, ensuring fresh, high-quality products every morning.

The role requires prior baking experience, the ability to work independently overnight, reliability, and attention to detail. You should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and maintain a clean, food-safe work environment while meeting daily delivery deadlines.

Qualifications

• Prior baking experience in breads and viennoiserie preferred.
• Ability to work independently on an overnight shift.
• Reliable and punctual with overnight hours.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency and quality.
• Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Proof, bake, and finish croissants, pastries, and breads according to company standards.
• Monitor baking times, temperatures, and product quality during production.
• Follow overnight production schedules to meet daily delivery deadlines.
• Prepare products for dispatch to all retail locations.
• Maintain a clean, organized and food-safe work environment.
