Job summary

Guardian Angels Catholic Parish in Mead is seeking a Parish Administrator to support the Pastor with financial, personnel, and physical resources management. The role handles office inquiries, records, and coordination with parish ministries.

Responsibilities include budgeting, payroll, reporting to the archdiocese, contractor oversight, insurance coordination, and staff supervision. Evening/weekend hours and on-site presence are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent combination of education, training, and related work experience is required.
• Knowledge of accounting principles; minimum two years of supervisory experience; working knowledge of Word and Excel; experience with PDS software and Parish Soft Accounting preferred.
• Knowledge and understanding of the Catholic Church and its mission is required.

Responsibilities

• Financial responsibilities: budget, reporting, payroll, tax and invoices, and liaison with parish, bank(s), and archdiocese.
• Payroll administration and benefits processing.
• Facility and building operations oversight, maintenance and safety coordination.
• Administrative duties: records management, insurance coordination, communications, meetings, and office technology management.
• Management responsibilities: supervise facilities staff, staffing plans, schedules, and performance reviews.
