The role involves routine maintenance, basic repairs, and support for church events. The candidate must be able to perform tasks across HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry, while coordinating with staff and contractors as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Working knowledge of cleaning equipment, gardening/landscaping tools, electrical tools for repairs, and other applicable gadgets.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions; strong communication and collaboration skills; flexible hours for parish events and activities.

Responsibilities

• Inspect buildings and structures to detect malfunction and needed repair.
• Perform maintenance in HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical, and other areas.
• Complete work orders and respond to after-hours emergency calls as needed.
• Set up rooms for meetings, events, and religious services; breakdown after events and restore spaces.
