The Archdiocese of Saint Paul & Minneapolis is seeking a financial records professional responsible for preparing, producing, and maintaining client parish financial records using Archdiocesan centralized financial software.

You will provide parish financial information to the PASC Manager and Director of Financial Standards and Parish Account and assist parish leadership in fulfilling reporting requirements.

Responsabilités

• Verify, approve and post AP, AR, and GL transactions for client parishes.
• Perform monthly reconciliation of expenses, revenue, and balance sheet accounts.
• Prepare client parish financial information for monthly executive financial reports to stakeholders.
• Participate in parish planning discussions, budget analysis, internal controls, audits/AUP, and regulatory mandates.
• Collaborate with PASC/Standards offices on parish initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor to accomplish Office goals.
