Qualifikationen

• Must be willing to support the mission of the Catholic Church.
• Experience in building maintenance and basic knowledge of cleaning methods and products.
• Familiar with equipment and systems used in facilities maintenance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move heavy items.
• CORI background check clearance annually.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and manage the physical plant for St. Edward the Confessor Parish and St Jude Parish.
• Oversee service vendors, obtain quotes, and supervise work.
• Prepare and set up spaces for Masses and events, including weekends as needed.
• Ensure cleanliness; supervise cleaning service; procure supplies and tools.
• Oversee landscape and snow removal contractors; monitor safety compliance.
• Keep logs of equipment, contracts, maintenance, and work performed; ensure permits and inspections are current.
