Saint Clement Parish in Lincoln Park, under Archdiocese of Chicago, is seeking an Assistant Manager of Events and Ministry Engagements to plan, organize, and run parish events and programs. You will coordinate schedules, sign ups, and communications, set up spaces, and ensure alignment with church and school calendars.

The role emphasizes hospitality, community-building, and collaboration with ministry leaders and volunteers.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university (or equivalent work experience).
• Experience in member engagement and hospitality preferred.
• Strong project management and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building across diverse groups.

• Plan and coordinate parish-wide or hosted events, programs and courses.
• Co-own scheduling, calendar entries, and provide updates.
• Ensure hospitality is engaging and builds a sense of community.
• Manage day-of-event setup, vendor coordination, and teardown.
• Arrange food setup and mobility of supplies to event sites.
• Coordinate materials ordering and ensure budget alignment.
• Engage and train volunteers and parish members involved with events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
