Job summary

MongoDB is seeking a Regional Director, Enterprise Growth — France, based in Paris, to lead a high-performing sales team. You will drive existing enterprise revenue, land new workloads, and ensure sustained growth across France in a hybrid work model.

You will recruit, enable, and coach Enterprise Account Executives, build a healthy pipeline, and master MongoDB products and sales methodologies to expand customer relationships and achieve bookings targets.

Qualifications

• Proven track record building and leading high performing enterprise sales teams.
• Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles and negotiations.
• Familiarity with MEDDIC or similar methodologies is a plus.
• Fluency in French is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Enterprise Account Executives to meet bookings and revenue targets.
• Build a resilient sales pipeline and navigate complex enterprise buying processes.
• Recruit, onboard, and ramp new AEs in line with hiring criteria.
• Drive territory planning, forecasting, and performance management.
