Qualifications

• Previous cash handling experience and knowledge of parimutuel wagering.
• Must be able to implement the Ohio rules of Racing.
• Strong problem resolution and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and tote intercommunication skills.
• Must be able to stand/walk/sit for extended periods in a smoking environment.
• Must be 21+ and able to obtain licensing; background check.
• Experience with MS Office.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assume full managerial responsibilities and ensure leadership coverage as main contact during Mutuel Manager’s days off.
• Supervise mutuel clerks and Money room to ensure procedures and high operating standards.
• Coordinate assignments for pari-mutuel clerks.
• Contribute to the Racing Department by overseeing tasks assigned.
• Perform all duties as assigned.
