Job summary

The Jewish Community Center of Greater Baltimore is seeking a Parent Engagement Coordinator to build connections with families and strengthen engagement at the Stoler Early Learning Center and the wider JCC community.

You'll lead J Parent programming funded by Tepper Foundation, coordinate with the Family Association, manage social media, events, tours, and admissions outreach, and collaborate across departments to grow participation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Experience in family engagement, early childhood education, nonprofit programming, event planning, admissions, or related field preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with families and partners.
• Experience planning, coordinating, and facilitating programs and events.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage Jewish parent education programming funded by Tepper Foundation.
• Represent the JCC in Tepper Grant Community of Practice.
• Facilitate parent engagement opportunities and research ideas from feedback.
• Develop and coordinate programs including Parent Night Outs and workshops.
• Maintain financial records and detailed program budgets.
• Administer surveys and use data to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with the Chief Program Officer on Tepper Foundation reporting.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance programming.
