AVONDALE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL DISTRICT is seeking a Part-Time Parent Outreach Liaison to develop and maintain parent engagement opportunities, events, and educational support for students. The role serves as a bridge between school administration, staff, parents, and community partners to promote partnerships and improve school culture.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of records and correspondence.
• Must possess a valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint clearance card.
• Basic computer proficiency with software applications.
• Ability to communicate effectively with parents/guardians, staff, and district personnel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between school personnel, parents/guardians, and the community.
• Collaborate with site teachers and staff to provide parent education and events.
• Create, coordinate, and facilitate parent meetings.
• Foster awareness of the school community and visitors.
• Connect parents to leadership and volunteer opportunities.
• Maintain parent information areas and resources at the school site.
