Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in the United States (Indiana area) seeks a senior leader to head the parcel strategy across North America, building a multi-carrier parcel network and driving profitable growth. You will negotiate carrier agreements, design customer parcel programs, and lead a high-performing team responsible for service, cost, capacity, and profitability.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in logistics, parcel or related supply chain experience.
• 5+ years in parcel transportation with carrier management and rate structures.
• Experience managing multi-carrier programs (national/regional/local).
• Experience negotiating carrier contracts and commercial terms.
• Experience leading direct reports and cross-functional teams in a client-facing environment.
• Strong knowledge of parcel market trends, eCommerce dynamics and returns.

Responsibilities

• Define and commercialize DHL Supply Chain’s parcel transportation solution, including offerings and pricing inputs.
• Partner with internal teams and customers to design parcel programs meeting service, cost, speed and experience needs.
• Support pursuits by translating market expertise into executable solutions and clear value propositions.
• Establish customer-facing reviews covering service, costs, and savings opportunities.
• Create scalable operating processes for onboarding, implementation, and day-to-day management.
