DHL Group seeks a senior Head of Business Development for NORAM (US & Canada). This role directs the Americas BD function, oversees RFPs, and manages the sales pipeline, reporting regionally and globally. Location options include Edison, NJ or Atlanta, GA.

The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years in business development within 3PL or global logistics, with strong negotiating and leadership skills, and a track record of expanding international solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years Business Development experience with expertise in 3PL origin management and destination services; end to end supply chain.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management at senior levels.
• Experience in managing RFP processes and complex negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Direct the Business Development function in the Americas and coordinate with global stakeholders.
• Lead end-to-end new customer acquisition, win planning, and value proposition delivery.
• Direct marketing programs and maintain regional pricing alignment.
