Job summary

DHL Supply Chain NORAM seeks a Director of Strategy Development in the US-O region to shape long-range plans, product development, and acquisition strategies. You will drive strategic alignment across DSC’s businesses and lead complex projects.

You will work with sector leads to model and evaluate targets, develop strategic products for deployment, and deliver actionable plans with analytical rigor and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Business, English, Logistics or related field, required.
• MBA preferred.
• 7 years of experience with real supply chain issues for company(s) in one of our sectors, required.
• 5 years of progressive experience in strategic planning/analysis, account management, or acquisitions/partnerships required.

Responsibilities

• Develop/enhance and facilitate implementation of the business planning process.
• Assist division and sector teams in developing strategies and business plans.
• Lead/assist division and/or sector teams in completing agreed key strategic actions.
• Monitor strategic progress and facilitate successful completion of targeted actions.
