Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound/outbound package activities and maintain parcel logs.
• Prepare parcels for pickup, sort incoming parcels, and assist with shipping services.
• Provide customer service by informing customers of shipping options, routes, and rates.
• Operate the POS terminal and manage package handling fees.
• Assist in training center team members and uphold safety guidelines.
• Perform general duties such as inventory control, ordering supplies, and administrative tasks.
