Job summary

FedEx Office in Kentucky is seeking a team member to coordinate inbound and outbound parcel activities. You will receive, process, stage, and deliver packages using an electronic last mile tracking system with limited supervision, interfacing with venue staff.

The role requires proficiency with computer systems, physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds, and ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently. You will provide customer service, assist with packaging, and operate the POS.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum six months related experience (Warehouse/Hospitality preferred).
• Proficiency with computer systems and ability to learn new software quickly.
• Ability to move 75 pounds unassisted and maneuver heavier items with equipment or assistance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all shipping related services and activities.
• Maintain log of all incoming and outgoing parcels; prepare parcels for pickup and sort parcels.
• Use proprietary software and equipment to perform job functions; operate mobile equipment as applicable.
• Provide customer service and solve problems with minimal supervision.
• Assemble parcels, weigh packages, label parcels, and prepare goods for shipping.
• Operate the POS terminal and process package handling fees; perform daily close-out procedures.
