Job summary

GeoSearch seeks a detail-oriented GIS Analyst specializing in Esri ArcGIS Pro Parcel Fabric to support cadastral mapping and land records projects. You will create, edit, and validate parcel data, perform spatial analyses, and generate maps and dashboards for client deliverables.

The role emphasizes collaboration with project managers and clients, documentation of workflows, and mentoring junior staff while staying current with Esri updates and best practices in parcel mapping.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of GIS experience, preferably in cadastral mapping or urban planning.
• Experience creating maps, managing geospatial databases, and performing spatial analysis using ArcGIS Pro.
• Strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Experience leading training team members in Parcel Fabric mapping in ArcGIS Pro environment.
• Experience with Esri Parcel Fabric schema design, topology management, and record creation.
• Experience with ArcGIS Online applications (Experience Builder, Field Maps, Survey123, Dashboards).
• Knowledge of geodatabase management, versioned editing, and SQL concepts.
• Exposure to land records, right-of-way mapping, or survey principles.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and maintain parcels, subdivisions, easements, and right-of-way data in Esri Parcel Fabric.
• Interpret legal descriptions and deeds to support parcel mapping workflows.
• Conduct spatial analysis and produce maps, reports, and dashboards for client deliverables.
• Develop strategies based on spatial and tabular data analysis.
• Collaborate with project managers, colleagues, and clients to achieve goals.
• Communicate GIS concepts clearly and maintain thorough documentation of methods and workflows.
• Provide progress updates to team leads and support training of junior GIS staff.
