Job summary

DT Midstream seeks a GIS Analyst to develop geospatial products supporting pipeline project execution, design, permitting, operations and ROW activities. Proficiency in GIS concepts and ESRI tools is required, with ability to take on larger assignments while maintaining quality.

You will create and maintain GIS data for maps and exhibits, produce project maps, coordinate with teams, and deliver reports. A bachelor’s in GIS and experience with ArcGIS Pro and enterprise geodatabase is expected;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in GIS or related field.
• Proficient with ESRI ArcGIS Pro, and Microsoft Office Products.
• Experience working with GIS data in a branch versioned, ESRI ArcGIS enterprise geodatabase environment.
• Working knowledge of pipeline routing, pipeline right-of-way acquisition, pipeline permitting, pipeline engineering plans as well as parcel and right-of-way/workspace data.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain GIS data needed for maps/exhibits such as limits of disturbance (LODs), workspaces, access roads, haul routes, etc.
• Produce FERC and non-FERC project maps/exhibits such as permission to survey (PTS), landowner right-of-way, 2.55(b), environmental desktop review (EDR), landowner notification, etc.
• Efficiently and dependably complete pipeline/facility GIS assignments within project timelines.
• Communicate GIS requests and updates in project meetings
• Identify missing data, data differences, or project concerns and work with applicable DTM teams on solutions
• Create and maintain reports or summaries from project GIS data and distribute to applicable DT Midstream teams
