Qualifications

• Associate degree in GIS, Geography, Geomatics, or related field (or equivalent education/experience).
• Experience with ArcGIS Pro and GIS data editing.
• Familiarity with deeds, plats, parcel IDs, and property descriptions preferred.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and update parcel boundaries based on deeds, plats, and other land records.
• Research and interpret deeds, plats, surveys, and property records.
• Create and edit parcel data using ArcGIS Pro and related GIS software.
• Review parcel geometry, acreage, PINs, and attributes for accuracy.
• Research and resolve discrepancies in property mapping and land records.
• Collaborate with County departments (Register of Deeds, Tax, Planning, Addressing).
• Respond to mapping questions from staff, surveyors, attorneys, property owners, and the public.
• Assist with other GIS mapping, data, and reporting projects.
