Job summary

VIA Metro Transit is seeking a Paratransit Reservation Agent to provide customer service for paratransit bookings, modify and cancel trips, and relay ETA information to riders. You will use RideCo software and a PC to process requests, answer questions, and support customers with trip details.

Shifts start as early as 4:00 AM and can end as late as 1:00 AM, including weekends and holidays. This full-time role includes a customer-focused environment in VIA’s open office.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required with at least 6 months of customer service and data processing experience.
• Ability to learn RideCo reservation software and paratransit procedures.
• Strong data entry speed and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Enter, save and retrieve trip data using PC and RideCo software.
• Manage customer interactions and document service requests accurately.
• Confirm and cancel reservations and explain paratransit policies.
