Job summary

Beacon Mobility in Burnsville, MN is seeking a Paratransit Driver to transport the elderly and disabled across the Twin Cities metro area. The role is full-time with paid training, holidays, PTO, and comprehensive benefits.

You will operate a bus, assist passengers, and follow safety protocols while delivering reliable, compassionate service to the community. A Minnesota driver's license and clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years old or older.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Satisfactory Driving Record.
• MN Driver's License with at least 1 year driving experience.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Must be able to perform duties safely and effectively, including bending, walking, sitting and standing for extended periods, and operating a bus while assisting passengers.

Responsibilities

• Transport the elderly and disabled throughout the Twin Cities Metro area.
• Ensure passenger safety and comfort during transit.
