Transit Team, Inc. in Richfield, MN is seeking a School Bus Aide to help ensure a safe and positive ride for students. You will assist with boarding and exiting, keep a calm environment, and support students with diverse needs.

This position offers a competitive $20 per hour with full benefits, a flexible schedule, and opportunities to contribute to the community by helping students access education.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work split shifts (morning and afternoon).
• Experience working with children is preferred but not required.
• Experience supporting individuals with disabilities is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to pass required background checks and pre-employment screenings.

What You’ll Do

As a School Bus Aide, you will play an important role in ensuring students have a safe, comfortable, and positive transportation experience.

• Assist students as they board and exit the school bus safely.
