Job summary

• Relay information such as work orders or messages to and from drivers and assistants.
• Use telephones, two-way radios or text messages to contact employees.
• Speak with supervisors or customers to resolve problems or requests for services.
• Prepare daily work such as schedules and work orders.
• Maintain organized records of requests, expenses and services performed.
