Responsibilities

• Assist classroom teacher with lesson plans and activities.
• Provide one-on-one or small-group support, including students with IEPs.
• Help monitor behavior and maintain a safe classroom environment.
• Supervise students during transitions, recess, lunch, and other non-instructional times.
• Support students with special needs in accordance with IEP/504 plans.
• Communicate professionally with teachers, staff, and parents regarding student progress.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervising teacher or campus administration.
