Job summary

Skill Sprouts ABA in Albuquerque, NM seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead assessments, design and supervise individualized treatment plans, and mentor RBT staff. The role emphasizes collaborative, family-centered care within our growing team.

You will analyze data to guide clinical decisions, train caregivers, and partner with families, schools, and other care team members to promote meaningful progress in natural environments.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification through the BACB and NM licensure or ability to obtain licensure.
• Master’s degree or higher in ABA, Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience working with children with autism and/or developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral and functional assessments.
• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and support to RBTs and ABA staff.

As we continue growing in New Mexico , we’re looking for a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who wants to make a meaningful difference while being part of a supportive, collaborative team.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• Current BCBA certification through the BACB.

• New Mexico licensure or ability to obtain licensure.

• Master’s degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field.

• Experience working with children with autism and/or developmental disabilities.

• Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills.

• A collaborative, compassionate, and family-centered approach to care.

• Passion for helping children build meaningful skills and achieve greater independence.
