Job summary

Skill Sprouts ABA in New Mexico is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical assessments, develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, and provide supervision to RBTs and ABA staff in a supportive, collaborative team.

You will analyze data to drive decisions, train caregivers, and partner with families, schools, and other care-team members to promote meaningful skill development in natural environments, while maintaining high ethical standards.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification through BACB
• New Mexico licensure or ability to obtain licensure
• Master’s degree or higher in ABA or related field
• Experience working with children with autism and/or developmental disabilities
• Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
• Collaborative, compassionate, and family-centered approach to care
• Passion for helping children build meaningful skills and independence

As we continue growing in New Mexico, we're looking for a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who wants to make a meaningful difference while being part of a supportive, collaborative team.

What You'll Do

Conduct behavioral and functional assessments.

Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and support to RBTs and ABA staff.

Complete required clinical documentation and maintain high standards of ethical care.

What We’re Looking For

Current BCBA certification through the BACB.

New Mexico licensure or ability to obtain licensure.

Master’s degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field.

Experience working with children with autism and/or developmental disabilities.

Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills.

A collaborative, compassionate, and family-centered approach to care.

Passion for helping children build meaningful skills and achieve greater independence.
