Job summary

F Joel Financial in Richland, WA seeks a paraplanner/associate advisor to work directly with the founder, supporting day-to-day client planning, case preparation, application processing, retirement income planning, and ongoing client relationship management. This role will help streamline operations while enabling the founder to meet with clients and grow the practice.

The ideal candidate will eventually become client-facing, participate in meetings, help manage investment and retirement

Qualifications

• Series 65 license is required.
• Experience in financial services, wealth management, or retirement planning is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
• Professional and relationship-oriented demeanor expected.

Responsibilities

• Prepare retirement income illustrations, annuity proposals, and planning presentations.
• Assist with holistic retirement planning discussions including income, taxes, Roth conversions, healthcare, and legacy planning.
• Coordinate planning resources through Advisor Excel and related partners.
