Job summary

Paragon Wealth Advisors in Seattle is seeking an experienced Paraplanner who is licensed to join our team. This role supports financial advisors through client meetings, transactions, documentation, and follow-up to ensure accurate and timely service.

The ideal candidate has Series 7 and Series 66 licenses preferred, Washington Life/Health licenses preferred, and prior paraplanning or wealth-management experience.

Qualifications

• Licensed and experienced in a financial planning or wealth management environment.
• Series 7 and Series 66 licenses strongly preferred; licensed candidates preferred.
• Washington Life, Accident, and Health Insurance Licensing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Financial Advisors throughout client planning and service process.
• Attend client meetings and assist with preparation and follow-up.
• Take detailed notes and prepare accurate meeting summaries.
• Document client needs, action items, and follow-up responsibilities.
• Coordinate post-meeting follow-up and ensure items are completed.
• Track transactions and maintain accurate client records.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling client information.
