Job summary

Qualifications

• Series 7 and Series 66 licenses strongly preferred; fully licensed candidates are preferred.
• Washington Life, Accident, and Health Insurance Licensing preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree is required to pursue CFP certification in the future.
• Prior paraplanner or wealth management experience in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Support Financial Advisors through client planning and service process.
• Attend client meetings and assist with meeting prep and follow-up.
• Capture notes, prepare accurate meeting summaries, and document actions.
• Coordinate follow-up activities and ensure items are completed.
• Track transactions, maintain client records, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with team to move client recommendations forward.
