Job summary

Unify Health Services is seeking dedicated medical professionals to join our on-site Industrial Medical team. This PRN role supports industrial athletes in a manufacturing setting, with shifts Monday through Thursday, and occasional Fridays and Saturdays.

Responsibilities include vaccines, screenings, and acute care on the plant floor. Ideal candidates hold EMT/Paramedic/RN or LPN licensure, CPR/BLS Certification, and have 6 months to 1 year of experience.

Qualifications

  • EMT/Paramedic/RN or LPN certification or licensure in your state.
  • CPR and BLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver care within OSHA first aid guidelines and not the full scope of licensure.
  • Respond to workplace illnesses and injuries on the plant floor or at the onsite center.
  • Administer vaccines, flu/COVID tests, and operate medical equipment (EKG, AED).
  • Conduct pre-employment physicals including audiograms, vision screenings, drug screens, and questionnaires.
  • Perform return-to-work evaluations including breath alcohol and drug screenings.
  • Design and lead injury prevention programs including simulations and job coaching.
  • Collaborate with HR and safety teams to enhance workplace wellness and track program metrics.

About the Role Unify Health Services is seeking dedicated medical professionalsEMTs LPNs Paramedics and RNsto join our team of healthcare innovators As an Industrial Medical Provider you will play a key role in supporting the health and well being of industrial athletes in a dynamic on site setting

This PRN position hours not guaranteed is based in Tomahawk with potential shifts available Monday through Thursday 5 AM to 130 AM 10 hour shifts and occasional opportunities on Fridays and Saturdays

Work Environment Experience the fast paced world of occupational health within a large manufacturing plant Your mission is to safeguard the health of industrial athletes as they work to meet production goals Safety equipment is provided and the role requires adaptability and readiness for hands on care

Qualifications
  • Qualifications EMT Paramedic LPN or RN certification or licensure in your state
  • CPR BLS
  • Six months to one year of professional experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in industrial healthcare
  • Experience administering immunizations
  • Familiarity with workplace safety health and OSHA regulations
