Job summary

Unify Health Services is seeking a Full-Time Industrial Medical Provider for our York, PA facility. This second-shift role (7:00 PM–5:30 AM) focuses on protecting the health of industrial athletes on the plant floor and in the clinic.

You will wear safety gear, work in a hands-on healthcare setting, and coordinate care with return-to-work programs. Required CPR and First Aid, state licensure or certification, and 6–12 months of professional experience.

Qualifications

• Current certification or licensure in your state.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• 6 months to 1 year of professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical assistance for injuries or illnesses on the plant floor or in the clinic.
• Conduct physicals for new hires.
• Deliver wellness education and administer vaccines.
• Support return to work processes including UDS and BAT testing.
• Perform charting, inventory management and interdepartmental communication.

This role is based in a large manufacturing facility where you will be instrumental in protecting the health of industrial athletes The position involves wearing essential safety gear and working in a hands on healthcare setting that requires adaptability and a proactive mindset

Required Qualifications

• Current certification or licensure in your state
• CPR and First Aid certification
• 6 months to 1 year of professional experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in industrial healthcare
• Proficiency in administering immunizations
• Familiarity with workplace safety health protocols and OSHA regulations
