Job summary

Unify Health Services, LLC is seeking an Industrial Medical Provider for a full-time 2nd shift (M-Th) in Tomahawk, WI. You will deliver first aid, vaccination administration, and OSHA-compliant injury care on the plant floor or onsite center.

Ideal candidates are licensed RNs, LPNs, EMTs, or Paramedics, capable of independent work yet supporting a collaborative occupational health team. A growth-focused, inclusive workplace is offered with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• RN, LPN, EMT or Paramedic licensure in your state (required).
• CPR and First Aid certification (BLS) (required).
• 6 months to 1 year of professional experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid care within OSHA first aid guidelines.
• Respond to workplace illnesses and injuries on the plant floor or onsite center.
• Administer vaccines, COVID/flu tests, and operate medical equipment (EKG, AED, emergency kits).
• Conduct pre-employment physicals including audiograms, vision screenings, urine drug screens, and medical questionnaires.
• Perform return-to-work evaluations including breath alcohol and drug screenings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first aid care within OSHA first aid guidelines (not full scope of licensure)

Physical Demands

• Lift 30-50 lbs as needed
• Frequent standing, walking, and sitting
• Occasional stooping, bending, and reaching from floor level to overhead
• Tasks involving pinching, grasping, and gripping
• Periodic computer work

Qualifications

• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and workplace safety standards
• Experience in industrial healthcare or occupational health a plus
• RN, LPN, EMT & Paramedic certification or licensure in your state (required)
• CPR and First Aid certification (BLS) (required)
• 6 months to 1 year of professional experience preferred
