Job summary

Unify Health Services is seeking qualified Industrial Medical Providers to join our on-site team at a large manufacturing site in Tomahawk. The PRN role supports the health and safety of industrial athletes with rapid response to illnesses or injuries.

Shifts are Monday through Thursday, 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM, with occasional opportunities on Fridays and Saturdays. CPR/BLS required, OSHA familiarity preferred, six months to one year of experience.

Qualifications

• EMT/Paramedic/LPN/RN certification or state licensure.
• CPR and BLS certification.
• Six months to one year of professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care within OSHA first aid guidelines and respond to illnesses and injuries on-site.
• Administer vaccines and operate basic medical equipment as needed.
• Conduct pre-employment health screenings and return-to-work evaluations.
• Collaborate with HR and safety teams to support workplace health programs.

This PRN position hours not guaranteed is based in Tomahawk with potential shifts available Monday through Thursday 5 AM to 130 AM 10 hour shifts and occasional opportunities on Fridays and Saturdays

Work Environment Experience the fast paced world of occupational health within a large manufacturing plant Your mission is to safeguard the health of industrial athletes as they work to meet production goals Safety equipment is provided and the role requires adaptability and readiness for hands on care

Qualifications

• Qualifications EMT Paramedic LPN or RN certification or licensure in your state
• CPR BLS
• Six months to one year of professional experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in industrial healthcare
• Experience administering immunizations
• Familiarity with workplace safety health and OSHA regulations
