Job summary

Unify Health Services, a women-owned national workers' compensation and disability network, seeks an Industrial Medical Provider for its on-site team in Wisconsin. You will perform first aid, vaccine administration, and clinical assessments on the plant floor, aligning with OSHA guidelines and independent work while supporting a collaborative occupational health team.

The ideal candidate is licensed (RN/LPN/EMT/Paramedic) and CPR/BLS certified, with 6 months to 1 year of professional experience.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN, LPN, EMT, or Paramedic with state licensure (required).
• CPR and First Aid (BLS) certification required.
• OSHA familiarity with workplace health and safety is preferred.
• 6 months to 1 year of professional experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid care within OSHA first aid guidelines.
• Respond to workplace illnesses and injuries on the plant floor or onsite center.
• Administer vaccines, COVID/flu tests, and operate medical equipment (EKG, AED, emergency kits).
• Conduct pre-employment physicals including audiograms, vision screenings, urine drug screens, and medical questionnaires.
• Perform return-to-work evaluations including breath alcohol and drug screenings.

Location: Tomahawk, WI

Key Responsibilities:

Physical Demands

• Lift 30-50 lbs as needed
• Frequent standing, walking, and sitting
• Occasional stooping, bending, and reaching from floor level to overhead
• Tasks involving pinching, grasping, and gripping

Qualifications

• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and workplace safety standards
• Experience in industrial healthcare or occupational health a plus
• RN, LPN, EMT & Paramedic certification or licensure in your state (required)
• CPR and First Aid certification (BLS) (required)
• 6 months to 1 year of professional experience preferred
