Job summary

Unify Health Services in York, PA, is seeking a Full-Time Industrial Medical Provider to protect the health of workers on the plant floor and in the clinic. This hands-on role requires clinical readiness in a manufacturing setting and the ability to wear safety gear while delivering medical care.

You will perform pre-employment physicals, provide vaccines, and support return-to-work processes, including UDS and BAT testing.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure or certification required.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• 6 months to 1 year of professional healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical assistance for injuries or illnesses on the plant floor or in the clinic.
• Conduct physicals for new hires.
• Deliver wellness education and administer vaccines.
• Support return-to-work processes including UDS and BAT testing.
• Perform charting, inventory management, and interdepartmental communication

This role is based in a large manufacturing facility where you will be instrumental in protecting the health of industrial athletes The position involves wearing essential safety gear and working in a hands on healthcare setting that requires adaptability and a proactive mindset

Required Qualifications

• Current certification or licensure in your state
• CPR and First Aid certification
• 6 months to 1 year of professional experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in industrial healthcare
• Proficiency in administering immunizations
• Familiarity with workplace safety health protocols and OSHA regulations

Physical Demands

• Frequent standing walking and sitting

• Reaching from floor to overhead
• Stooping and forward bending
