Job summary

Confire EMS in Rancho Cucamonga, CA is seeking an Operations Supervisor who can perform Paramedic duties and oversee daily EMS operations across shifts.

The role requires EMT-P, ACLS, and PALS certifications, a valid CA driver’s license, and strong leadership and communication skills. You will coordinate deployments, ensure regulatory compliance, and support leadership with operational reports.

Qualifications

• EMT-P paramedic certification with current state licensure.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications; PALS within 6 months of hire.
• Valid California driver’s license with a clean record.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-stress EMS environment.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily deployment readiness and leadership reports.
• Oversee scheduling, supply, and vehicle readiness.
• Respond to all EMS calls and provide patient care per protocols.
• Ensure compliance with state EMS rules and company policies.
• Prepare and submit PCRs, billing, and incident reports.
