Job summary

Priority Ondemand is seeking an experienced Paramedic Operations Supervisor in Victorville, CA. The role reports to the Operations Leader and ensures daily EMS readiness, supervising multiple shifts and coordinating with leadership and dispatch to maintain high service levels.

The position requires EMT-P certification with BLS, ACLS, and PALS eligibility within 6 months. Regular on-site duties include reporting, crisis response, and adherence to company protocols with a strong emphasis on safety

Qualifications

• Minimum EMT-P (Paramedic) qualifications required.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) required.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required.
• PALS or equivalent certification within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily EMS operations and ensure readiness of deployments.
• Lead and coordinate multiple shifts with dispatch and leadership teams.
• Ensure compliance with state EMS rules and company protocols.
• Prepare reports (PCR, billing, incident) and manage documentation.
• Maintain vehicle readiness and equipment sanitation daily.
• Attend mandatory meetings and provide on-call coverage as needed.
