Global Medical Response is seeking a Paramedic Lead for a full-time position to coordinate field operations and ensure high-quality patient care. You will supervise and support field staff, make time-critical decisions, and act as a liaison among operations, centers, and healthcare facilities.

The role emphasizes leadership, rapid decision-making, and adherence to clinical protocols, with opportunities to mentor staff and improve service delivery across the EMS network.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years paramedic experience.
• Some leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily Paramedic duties and be available to assist field personnel.
• Monitor, communicate with, and support field staff.
• Assess each call to determine best actions and approve medical decisions.
• Liaise between field staff, management, centers, facilities and families.
• Coordinate with allied health and public safety for patient care and service quality.
• Ensure system status goals and pre-assign/divert crews for efficiency.
• Oversee equipment, recordkeeping, and PCR transmission.
• Ensure staff follow GMR protocols and escalate issues appropriately.
