Job summary

MedicOne Medical Response is seeking a Paramedic Field Supervisor to provide leadership in the field, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to policies. This full-time role requires active ALS credentials, strong problem-solving and teaching abilities, and flexibility to meet operational needs.

You will supervise crews, run transports when needed, and act as a liaison with agencies and facilities.

Qualifications

NREMT-P or NREMT with State License is required.
Minimum 6 months active ALS experience with MedicOne.
Flexible in work schedule to meet company demands.
Available for recall in extraordinary situations as Paramedic Field Supervisor or Field Supervisor.
Paramedic Field Supervisor to work primarily in Field Operations.

Responsibilities

Run ambulance calls when requested, during level zero operations, call offs or holds.
Oversee task performance and interpret clinical delivery and company policies.
Monitor crew performance; provide training and feedback.
Submit written/verbal reports and perform field audits.
Advise and assist co-workers; influence decisions in field.
Represent the company to outside organizations and events.
Attend Operations staff meetings as required.
Deliver high quality patient care and customer service in the field.
