Job summary

Medcor seeks a full-time Paramedic to serve as Clinic Manager at our construction site clinic in the Sloatsburg area of NY. Hours are Mon-Fri 7:00–17:00. You will oversee clinic workflows, scheduling, and operations on site.

You will coordinate with client health and safety teams, manage patient care and workers’ comp case management, ensure OSHA records, and support Return to Work programs. A current paramedic license with CPR/BLS is required; strong pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Be able to operationally lead and support a clinic team.
• Have valid licensure as a Paramedic and current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong computer and EMR skills; familiarity with EMR software.
• Be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lb and climbing stairs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; patient‑centered care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinic workflows, logistics and scheduling.
• Lead clinic operations and collaborate with client stakeholders.
• Manage patient care, workers’ compensation case management and RTW support.
• Maintain OSHA records and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with health, safety, HR and benefits teams.
