Medcor is seeking an experienced EMT or Paramedic to serve as the Clinic Manager at our onsite construction clinic in Batavia, New York. This role blends clinical care with operational leadership to oversee daily activities and promote a healthy work environment.

As Clinic Manager, you will supervise patient care, injury management, scheduling, and OSHA documentation while partnering with construction and safety teams to deliver hands-on medical services.

Qualifications

• Current EMT or Paramedic certification/licensure in New York.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience responding to 911 emergencies and/or critical care.
• Ability to independently manage clinic operations and lead onsite medical teams.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations and patient care.
• Respond to onsite medical emergencies within scope of practice.
• Manage scheduling, supplies, and administrative tasks.
• Coordinate workers' compensation and Return-to-Work programs.
• Collaborate with construction safety teams on site.
• Conduct occupational health services and screenings.
• Maintain accurate EMR and OSHA records.
• Foster relationships with employees and onsite leadership.
