Job summary

Medcor is seeking an experienced EMT or Paramedic to serve as Clinic Manager at our onsite construction clinic in Batavia, New York. This full-time role blends clinical care with operational leadership, overseeing daily clinic activities and injury management, while partnering with onsite construction and safety teams.

You'll coordinate patient care, manage documentation in EMR, support Return-to-Work programs, and promote workplace health and safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• Current EMT or Paramedic certification/licensure appropriate for practice in New York.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Previous 911 emergency response and/or critical care experience.
• Strong clinical assessment, emergency response, and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to independently manage clinic operations and provide leadership in an onsite medical setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including accurate medical documentation and injury reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations, workflows, scheduling, medical supplies, and administrative responsibilities.
• Assess and treat workplace injuries and illnesses per Medcor protocols.
• Respond to onsite medical emergencies and provide appropriate care.
• Coordinate workers' compensation cases and support Return-to-Work programs.
• Collaborate with construction management, safety professionals, HR, and external providers.
• Conduct pre-employment screenings and other workplace health services.
