Job summary

Rimkus, a global engineering and technical consulting firm, seeks a Support Specialist, Human Factors in New York, NY. This role supports the operations group by managing client-supplied materials and summarizing depositions and discovery documents, primarily for law firms and manufacturers.

You will represent the company professionally in written and verbal communications. Responsibilities include document management, deposition review, and coordinating with attorneys and clients to keep cases

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent coursework; legal studies preferred

Responsibilities

• Receive, organize, log and maintain client-supplied legal materials
• Track document deadlines and provide status updates
• Ensure chain-of-custody and confidentiality
• Summarize depositions and discovery documents concisely
• Coordinate with clients and supervising attorneys
• Prepare files for transmission to clients and opposing counsel
• Schedule meetings, depositions, and deadlines
