Qualifications

• Paralegal Certificate and two years of experience in a legal field.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Candidates with accreditations earned in a foreign institute are encouraged to apply.
• All employees must be Tennessee residents or become residents within six months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys on litigation, special projects, and client advice.
• Draft and review pleadings, orders, and other legal documents.
• Respond to emails and calls from clients, citizens, and attorneys.
• Prepare for court hearings and organize files and records.
