Job description

Our client, a Nashville-based, non-profit, non-partisan organization founded to defend and promote the constitutional rights and civil liberties of all Tennesseans seeks a contract paralegal with 2 plus years of litigation experience to join the firm.

Paralegal Certificate and Spanish Fluency is a huge plus but not required. Candidates with strong plaintiffs (mass tort, civil rights, sex abuse, personal injury) litigation are preferred. Will consider paralegals with defense litigation experience as well.

Candidates should have strong case management, e-filing, research and writing skills. Job duties include: cite checking, drafting, client intake and attendance at meetings. 35 Hours a week.
